Joining the MARTOS team in March of 2026, Asiana brings with her four plus years of experience at a major engineering firm. Asiana’s previous work focused on bridge inspections and required her to ensure that the structures were safe for public use and compliant with current federal and NYSDOT standards. Part of this process included updating bridge models with field data using the AASHTOWare BrR Bridge Rating program, complying with current NYSDOT bridge inspection and load rating regulations. Asiana’s field inspection experience is complemented by her formal education from Rochester Institute of Technology, where she holds a Bachelor’s focused in civil engineering.
Asiana’s intelligence, field experience, and complex problem-solving capabilities are welcomed assets for our team. Her professional trajectory is preparing her for project management and future licensing as a Professional Engineer.
